The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) lifted the trading suspension on Amwaj International‘sshares effective today, July 29, after the company published its annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
In a statement, Tadawul said the decision was made in line with its powers under the Listing Rules after the company fulfilled its disclosure requirements.
According to Argaam data, Tadawul suspended trading in the company’s shares effective April 30, 2026, after it failed to publish its annual financial statements within the prescribed regulatory deadline.
The company announced on July 28 that its accumulated losses reached approximately SAR 28.02 million, representing 46.69% of its SAR 60 million capital, based on the audited annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
Amwaj International reported a net loss of SAR 87.8 million for 2025, compared with a net profit of SAR 6.4 million in the previous year.
