Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal announced that he holds an estimated 5% stake in electric vehicle maker Lucid, acquired when the company’s market capitalization was below $2 billion, according to a filing submitted by his private office to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

According to the filing, Prince Alwaleed holds approximately 19.51 million Class A shares in Lucid.

Lucid’s shares are currently trading on the Nasdaq, up 2.2% at 46.640 per share.
