Arabian Cement Co. announced conducting certain amendments to the structure of the share swap agreement inked by its subsidiary, Arabian Cement Bahrain Holding Co.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that its subsidiary will sell part of its shareholding interest in Jordan-based Ready Mix Concrete and Construction Supplies Co. (RMCC), amounting to 7.3 million shares to Al Hejaz Company for Cement, LLC (sister company of RMCC) at share price of JOD 1.3 and total value JOD 9.5 million (Approximately SAR 50.3 million).
It added that Arabian Cement Bahrain Holding will buy the shareholding interest of RMCC in Qatrana Cement Co. in Jordan, amounting to 6.25 million shares, at share price of JOD 1 and total value JOD 6.2 million (Approximately SAR 33.1 million).
Arabian Cement further stated that its subsidiary will execute the share swap transaction for the remaining balance of its shareholding interest in RMCC, amounting to 1.85 million shares, with Al Rawsha Company for Trading and Investment Co., in exchange for Al Rawsha Company for Trading and Investment shareholding interest in Qatrana Cement Co., amounting to 2.27 million shares.
The final financial impact will be announced upon the completion of the transaction, said the company, confirming that the final expected outcome of the above deal structure will match what was previously declared.
As per Argaam‘s data, Arabian Cement announced, in December 2025, that its subsidiary, Arabian Cement Bahrain Holding Co., entered into a share swap agreement for its shareholding in RMCC in Jordan.
