Following of the transaction, ACDIMA will hold nearly 10.5% of SPIMACO’s capital

Arab Company for Drug Industries Medical Appliances (ACDIMA) sold 12 million shares in Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO), representing approximately 10% of SPIMACO’s share capital.

The shares were sold to Alistithmar Capital Investment Fund 44 and Alistithmar Capital Investment Fund 49 through private transactions for SAR 326.3 million, ACDIMA’s financial advisor GIB Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.

The transaction was executed through negotiated deals on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in accordance with trading and membership procedures on July 21, 2026.

Following completion of the transaction, ACDIMA will hold approximately 10.5% of SPIMACO’s share capital.

According to data available to Argaam, negotiated deals on July 21 included two transactions involving roughly 12 million SPIMACO shares, with a total value of SAR 326.3 million. The transactions represented about 10% of the company’s 120 million outstanding shares.

Prior to the transaction, ACDIMA held a 20.5% stake in SPIMACO.
