Purity Information Technology Co. received today, July 21, a letter from the National Center for Government Resource Systems (NCGR) informing it that the award notice for a contract with the center, announced in October 2025, had been canceled, resulting in the contract signing process not being completed. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the center stated in its letter that the authorized official had directed the cancellation of the award decision.
Purity said the award was canceled due to the failure to complete the required regulatory approvals and was not related to any breach or shortcoming on the company’s part, adding that no costs had been incurred in connection with the contract award.
The company affirmed that the cancellation would not affect the implementation of its growth strategy, adding that it will continue to compete for projects and high-value opportunities while expanding its business and services to diversify revenue sources and deliver sustainable value to shareholders.
Purity received an award notice in October 2025 for an operational support project to develop and expand business partnerships from the NCGR, valued at approximately SAR 10.9 million, including VAT, according to Argaam’s data.
