The Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) signed seven agreements worth SAR 1 billion to establish logistics centers in Jeddah during the inauguration of the Truck Marshaling Project, aiming to support logistics services, enhance economic value, and create jobs.

The agreements include two deals with JD Co. to establish an integrated logistics center in Al Khomrah, which will support digital logistics services and re-export activities, and another logistics center for handling, storage, and distribution.

Mawani also signed an agreement with Maersk to expand its logistics center, another with Jadeer Co. to establish an integrated warehousing logistics center, and a third with Masdar Co. to build an integrated logistics center for handling, storage, and distribution.

The remaining deals include an integrated logistics center with Shatri Store Co. to support import, export, and logistics activities, and a logistics center with Al Gharb (West Group) to support commercial activities and maritime services.
