Muhammad Alagil, Chairman of Jarir Marketing Co., said that the performance of the company’s subsidiaries and operations in the GCC countries recorded strong growth of about 29%.
This growth was supported by the availability of inventory at Jarir in Gulf markets, at a time when some countries faced difficulties or delays in direct imports due to shipping disruptions, he added, in an interview with Argaam.
Alagil also explained that the company’s ability to provide products from nearby and ready inventory helped it meet demand and benefit from the opportunities available in those markets, which was positively reflected in sales.
