Al Yamamah Steel’s subsidiary will manufacture and supply steel billet production equipment under a contract with a specialized European company
A subsidiary of Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. signed a contract worth SAR 270 million with a specialized European company. 
According to a statement filed with Tadawul, the subsidiary, Al Yamamah for Reinforcing Steel Bars Co., a closed joint-stock company with an independent legal entity, will accordingly manufacture, supply, and install steel billet production equipment.
The contract has a term of two and a half years, with the financial impact expected to be reflected in the second half of 2028.
The company added that the announcement was made in accordance with disclosure and transparency requirements, while protecting trade secrets and competitive advantages that could harm the interests of the company and its shareholders.
