Tasnee and Tahweel entered into an agreement in March
The acquisition remains subject to customary adjustments under the agreement, Tasnee said in a statement to Tadawul, adding that both parties will continue to fulfil the terms and ensure regulatory approvals. 
Tasnee signed on March 1 an agreement to sell its entire stake in Al-Rowad Industrial to Tahweel for SAR 700 million, Argaam earlier reported.
Al-Rowad Industrial comprises a group of companies, including Al-Rowad Global Packaging Company Ltd., Taldeen Plastic Solutions, Al-Rowad National Plastic Company Ltd., Al-Rowad International Industrial Films Company Ltd. and Al-Rowad United Marketing.
