Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. said its shareholders rejected discharging board members from liability for 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders also rejected authorizing the board of directors to exercise the powers of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) with respect to Paragraph (1) of Article (27) of the Companies Law.
Shareholders approved all other agenda items, the statement added.
