AlJazira Capital renewed the lease agreement for Warehouse No. 3 in Block No. 10 (Third Complex), owned by AlJazira REIT Fund, for five years with the current tenant, H. M. Al Rugaib Sons Trading Co., according to a Tadawul statement.

The warehouse is located in Al-Khomrah area in Jeddah and spans 11,229 square meters.

The lease is effective from July 1, 2026, until June 30, 2031, with annual rent at SAR 1.46 million, excluding VAT.

The renewal is expected to have a positive impact on the fund’s revenue in 2026, AlJazira Capital said, adding that the new lease is 62.5% higher than the previous contract.
