Yanbu Cement also named the secretary of the board
Yanbu Cement Co. said its board of directors, in its meeting held on July 6, appointed Mohamed Elkhereiji as Chairman and Riyad Abaalkhail as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
Nabeel Baghdadi was named as Secretary of the board, the statement added.
Additionally, the audit, executive and nomination and remuneration committees were also formed.
