Keir International says it is facing material lawsuits totaling around SAR 19 million
Keir International Co. said the total value of material lawsuits filed against it stood at approximately SAR 19 million, including SAR 9.3 million related to a case for which a final court ruling has been issued.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the nature of contracting activities may give rise to disputes over project completion percentages, contractual claims, permit closures, and completion certificates, noting that such matters are considered normal operational risks in the contracting sector.
