CATRION Catering Holding Co. signed an agreement with Dammam Airport Co. (DACO) to lease a site at King Fahd International Airport (KFIA) in Dammam, where it will provide its services and conduct its business activities.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract is valued at SAR 75.72 million, in addition to a variable revenue-sharing component that starts at 3.5% and gradually increases to 5.5% of the total annual revenue generated from the site.
The contract was awarded and signed on July 2, 2026, and has a term of 15 years.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
CATRION said the agreement supports its sustainability initiatives, aligns with the continued growth in passenger traffic and air travel, and strengthens its role in the aviation services sector, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
