The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH) announced that over 51,070 Saudi families moved into their first homes since the start of 2026 until the end of May, the state-run news agency SPA reported.

The total number of Saudi families benefiting from housing support services during the same period reached 38,470, while the total number of subsidized contracts provided to beneficiaries since the launch of the Sakani Program in 2017 through the end of May 2026 reached nearly 1.04 million across the Kingdom’s various regions.

The Riyadh region accounted for the largest share of the total subsidized contracts, followed by the Makkah region, the Eastern Province, and Jazan.
