Tadawul suspends Tihama shares over delayed financials.
Shares of Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Co. were suspended on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for one trading session today, July 1. 
In a statement, Tadawul said trading will resume for 20 trading sessions starting July 2, following the one-day suspension. The company must publish its financial statements by July 29.
If the company fails to publish its financial statements within the specified period, trading will be suspended again starting July 30, until the statements are disclosed.
Tadawul said the action was taken because the company failed to publish its financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026, within the regulatory deadline set under the Capital Market Authority’s Listing Rules and the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations.
