RIYADH — Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan received a call from Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister to discuss the latest regional developments, including the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the US and Iran. During the call with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, the two ministers reviewed the latest developments in the region and discussed recent progress on the MOU signed between the US and Iran. They also emphasized the importance of continuing negotiations to reach a comprehensive solution that promotes security and stability in the region. The deputy prime minister also conveyed the condolences of the government and people of Pakistan to the Kingdom over the deaths of several Saudi citizens in the recent Saudi Air Force aircraft crash. He prayed that Allah grant the victims His vast mercy and forgiveness. Prince Faisal thanked him for his sincere condolences and prayed that Allah bestow His mercy and forgiveness upon the deceased.
