Alwasail Industrial said the CEO resignation was submitted due to personal circumstances
The board of directors of Alwasail Industrial Co.accepted on June 28 the resignation of CEO Abdul Kader Almushekih, effective July 31. 
In a Tadawul filing, the company said the resignation was submitted due to personal circumstances, adding that the move reflects its commitment to enabling new leadership to continue the company’s development journey, support sustainable growth, and achieve its strategic objectives.
The company added that Almushekih achieved several milestones during his tenure as CEO, contributing to the execution of the company’s strategy, the expansion of its business, and its transition and listing on the Main Market. The Saudi-listed firm also noted that it will continue to benefit from his expertise through his membership on the board of directors.
