Tadawul lifted trading suspension on KEIR shares
The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) has lifted the trading suspension on shares of KEIR International Co. effective today, June 29, after the company published its financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2025.
Tadawul had suspended trading in the company’s shares on May 4, 2025, due to its failure to publish its financial statements within the regulatory deadline.
In a statement, Tadawul said the decision to lift the suspension was made in accordance with its powers under the Listing Rules, noting that the company published its financial statements on June 25.
According to Argaam data, KEIR reported a net loss of SAR 45.8 million for 2025, against a net profit of SAR 459,400 in 2024.
