Al-Khayyal led the company’s board for more than six years after his appointment in December 2019
National Gas and Industrialization Holding Co. (GASCO Holding) announced the death of Chairman Abdulaziz Al-Khayyal. 
Al-Khayyal has been appointed as Chairman since December 2019, the company said in a Tadawul statement.
Any material developments regarding the appointment of the Chairman will be disclosed in due course, GASCO said.
