National Signage Industrial Co. (Sign World) received today, June 17, a notice from the Ministry of Finance extending the duration of three framework agreements previously disclosed in its IPO prospectus by an additional year for each contract.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the agreements include the supply of aluminum for vehicle plates valued at SAR 136.38 million, thermal embossing rolls for vehicle plates valued at SAR 8.98 million, and reflective films valued at SAR 68.12 million.

The company noted that all three agreements are non-binding on the Ministry of Finance and are intended to set the maximum limit for purchase orders.

According to the statement, the aluminum supply agreement was originally set to expire on Nov. 6, and was extended until Oct. 26, 2027.

Meanwhile, the thermal embossing rolls and reflective films supply agreements were initially due to expire on Oct. 22, and have now been extended until Oct. 11, 2027.

The agreements with the Ministry of Finance were previously disclosed in the company’s IPO prospectus, according to Argaam’s data.
