SAL said the new Amsterdam-based subsidiary will act as an international holding company
SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co. established SAL International Ground Handling B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, as part of its international expansion strategy, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The subsidiary will operate primarily as a holding company and support the expansion of SAL’s cargo ground handling business.
SAL said the establishment of the company is not expected to have an immediate material financial impact, but is anticipated to contribute positively to consolidated financial results in the future.
The company said it will disclose any material updates in accordance with applicable regulations.
