US President Donald Trump says he is on the verge of ordering new strikes against Iranian power plants and bridges, as his frustration grows over Tehran’s slow pace in reaching an agreement. 
Speaking to Fox News, Trump also revealed new details regarding yesterday’s downing of a US helicopter, explaining that an Iranian drone caused the helicopter to crash while it was flying over the Strait of Hormuz.
This comes after Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social today that Iran has taken too long to negotiate and must pay the price, noting that the Iranian military is in a state of total chaos.
