KHC’s net asset value (NAV) stands at SAR 21.05 per share, while the stock is trading below SAR 14, implying a 35.5% discount to NAV, Prince Alwaleed said on his X account today, May 31.

He said the discount does not only reflect a low valuation but an unfair stock pricing, adding that its real value stands at SAR 31.57 per share, around 50% above the company’s NAV.

According to Argaam data, KHC earlier disclosed that its combined stake with Prince Alwaleed’s private office in SpaceX amounts to 0.63%, valued between $8.32 billion and $10.55 billion based on the company’s expected valuation at the upcoming initial public offering.

KHC shares topped today’s gainers, jumping 10% to SAR 13.58. This brought the stock’s gains over the past three trading sessions to nearly 27% and marked its highest close since 2016.
