Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Co. said the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes rejected the company’s claims in the lawsuit against MEFIC Capital, in its capacity as the manager of the Saudi Film Fund. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that after reviewing the legal grounds for the decision with its management and legal advisors, it concluded that there are legal grounds to exercise its right to appeal.
Accordingly, Tihama decided to submit an appeal against the ruling before the competent authority within the legally prescribed period.
