Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS)said it received an award letter on May 21, 2026, from Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia), a related party, to provide ground handling, ramp, and passenger services for the airline’s domestic and international flights across all airports in the Kingdom.
The contract has an estimated value of SAR 6.3 billion, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The contract has a five-year term, running from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031.
SGS expects the contract to support business sustainability and enhance its operational performance.
The financial impact of the contract is expected to begin in Q2 2026, the statement said.
Nasser AlQawas, Fahad Moussa, and Amer AlKhushail – non-executive board members – are related parties to the contract.
