Riyadh Cables Group said major shareholder Ahmed Al Zaim transferred 9 million shares, representing a 6% stake in the company, from his personal portfolio to a closed joint-stock company he owns.
In a statement to Tadawul, Riyadh Cables said the transfer was part of an ownership restructuring between Al Zaim’s personal holdings and the company, in which he owns a 99.99% stake.
The transfer resulted in a change to the company’s list of major shareholders, Riyadh Cables added.
According to Argaam data, the transferred shares represented Al Zaim’s entire stake in Riyadh Cables Group.
