Leaf Global Environmental Services Co. said it completed the purchase of a 417.88 square metre residential villa in the Abhar Al Janoubia area of Jeddah through an electronic public auction for SAR 7 million, excluding commission fees and real estate tax. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the auction was organized by the Liquidation and Insolvency Center (Infath), adding that the transaction was financed from its internal resources.
The transaction is part of the company’s strategy to expand its investment activities and strengthen its real estate asset base, supporting its future growth plans and achieving sustainable long-term returns.
Leaf expects the transaction to contribute to the increase in the value of its non-current assets, support expansion and enhance future operations, the statement added.
There are no related parties included in the deal. Any material developments in this regard will be disclosed in a timely manner, the statement said.
