Total white land fee invoices for Riyadh Development amount to SAR 18.86 million
Riyadh Development Co.received additional white land fee invoices for SAR 2.08 million related to land within the geographical boundaries specified for the White Land Fees program in Riyadh. 
The developer plans to file objections in the coming weeks, it said in a statement to Tadawul.
Total white land invoices amounted to SAR 18.86 million, while the disputed amounts stood at SAR 5.23 million.
Riyadh Development is studying plans to develop quality projects on other land plots subject to the fees, aiming to benefit from the new related regulations in line with the company’s strategy announced at the beginning of 2023 under the slogan “We Invest for Growth.”
According to Argaam, Riyadh Development received in January several white land fee invoices totaling about SAR 16.79 million, related to land plots within the designated geographic zones of the White Land Fees Program in Riyadh.
