L’azurde Co. for Jewelry’s board of directors approved Sélim Chidiac’s resignation as CEO, effective May 14, citing personal reasons, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Chidiac will remain in his position for the next six months to ensure a seamless transition of operations, the statement added.
