Saudi FisheriesCo. said its board approved the closure of five retail showroom outlets in Riyadh as part of a broader restructuring plan. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the move aims to reassess its operations and refocus on core activities with higher economic returns, in line with management’s strategy to revise its operating model.
The company said the decision is expected to reduce financial costs and strengthen its financial position.
Saudi Fisheries added that it does not expect negative impacts from suspending the activity, noting that the financial effect should help reduce operating losses starting from 2026.
It said any material developments will be disclosed in due course in line with applicable regulations.
