Mayar Holding Co. said its subsidiary, Ziorak Co., intends to apply to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to increase its capital by offering 30% of its share capital (after the increase) for listing on Nomu-Parallel Market.

In a statement on Tadawul, Mayar said the step is part of its strategy to support operational expansion in the plastics manufacturing sector, which includes producing irrigation pipes, implementing green landscaping irrigation projects, and footwear manufacturing, among other related industries.

The company also aims to finance its future growth plans, support the execution of its strategic projects, and enhance long-term financial sustainability.

According to Argaam data, Ziorak appointed Middle East Financial Investment Co. (MEFIC Capital) as its financial advisor on Dec. 3, 2025, to arrange the offering and listing on Nomu.
