Saudi Arabia backs Bahrain’s security measures, warns against threats to sovereignty

RIYADH — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses Saudi Arabia’s support for Bahrain’s measures to protect its security and sovereignty.In a statement released on Sunday, the ministry expressed the Kingdom’s support for the sovereign measures taken by Bahrain’s leadership to protect its security and safeguard its sovereignty.The Kingdom affirmed its full support for all measures Bahrain takes to confront anything that may undermine its security and stability, and to deter anyone who attempts to target Bahrain’s sovereignty or interfere in its internal affairs.The statement also stresses that Bahrain’s security is an integral part of the Kingdom’s and the rest of the Gulf states’ security.
