Consolidated Grunenfelder Saady Holding Co. (CGS) appointed Amit Lahoti as group CFO, effective May 17, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The company said the appointment is part of its succession plan, following the recent appointment of Ruban Bilen as CEO, effective May 1.
Lahoti is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years of experience across listed multinational companies, with expertise in joint ventures, financial strategy, treasury, FPA, MA, governance, and risk management across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.
He has most recently held senior executive roles, including vice president of finance and divisional general manager, and holds several academic and professional qualifications, the statement added.
