RIYADH — The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) monitored rainfall activity across parts of the Kingdom for 24 hours, with the Madinah, Jazan, and Riyadh regions recording the highest precipitation, totaling 92.0mm. The recorded rainfall occurred from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, to 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, with multiple monitoring stations registering measurable rainfall. The Jazan region recorded the highest precipitation, with Fifa recording 34.2mm. Following Jazan, which recorded the second-highest rainfall, Wadi Al-Far’ah in Madinah reported 33.6mm of rainfall. Meanwhile, Al-Aflaj in Riyadh recorded 24.2mm of rainfall. Al-Lith in the Makkah Region saw 12.0mm of precipitation, while Uqlat Al-Suqur in Qassim saw 9.0mm and 2.0mm for Abha in Asir. At 0.4mm of rain, Al-Ahsa in the Eastern Province recorded the lowest amount. The NCM had previously issued multiple weather alerts across the Kingdom, warning of varying conditions, from light to heavy rainfall.
