Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) received a purchase order from the Ministry of Education valued at SAR 114.55 million (including VAT).

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the award and contract signing took place on April 1.

The one-year contract includes the provision of IT products and services, the statement noted.

MIS added that the financial impact of the contract will be reflected from Q2 2026 until Q2 2027, pointing out there are no related parties involved in the deal.

The company stated that procedures were finalized on April 9. The purchase order falls under the framework agreement signed with the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority, which was previously announced.

According to Argaam data, in March 2024 MIS entered into a three-year renewable framework agreement with the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority to provide Microsoft products and services to government entities benefiting from the arrangement.
