Group Five Pipe Saudi Co.said it signed a SAR 176 million contract with Esnad Al Turuq Contracting Co. to manufacture and supply pipes for the Ras Al Khair–Riyadh (HI) water transmission system, covering the second part of package A1. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract includes the production of carbon steel helical submerged arc welded (HSAW) API 5L pipes.
The financial impact is expected to appear in the second and third quarters of 2026, the company said, adding that there are no related parties involved in the deal.
The contract was awarded and signed on March 16 and will last until the end of May 2026.
