National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) brought forward the opening of itsTarbyh Namouthajiyah schools complexin Dhahrat Laban, Riyadh, to the 2026/2027 academic year from 2027/2028, citing faster construction progress.

The company said it will delay the launch of its North Obhur, Jeddah complex to 2027/2028 from 2026/2027 due to slower permit approvals, which affected construction timelines, prompting a reprioritization of project openings.

It added there are no changes to estimated project costs and no material impact is expected on financial results.

In May 2025, the board approved three educational complexes in Riyadh and Jeddah, including a North Obhur project with a capacity of about 2,100 students and an estimated cost of SAR 60 million.

In October 2025, the board approved another complex in Dhahrat Laban, Riyadh, with a capacity of around 3,300 students.
