Time Entertainment flags going concern risk as losses near half of capital
Time Entertainment Co.’s accumulated losses reached SAR 4.86 million as of March 31, 2025, accounting for 48.6% of capital. 
The external auditor raised material uncertainty related to the company’s going concern, it said in a statement to Tadawul.
Measures applicable to listed companies whose accumulated losses reach 20% or more of their capital will be implemented, it added.
Time Entertainment posted a net loss of SAR 9.7 million for 2025, against a net profit of SAR 8.7 million in the year before, according to Argaamdata.
