The suspension on the Nomu-Parallel Market includes Rawasi Albina Investment Co., Osool Bakheet Investment Co., Advance International Co. for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC), Amwaj International Co., Leen Alkhair Trading Co., Molan Steel Co. and Sure Global Tech Co.
Tadawul said trading in the companies’ shares will be suspended for one trading session today, April 1, based on its powers stipulated in the Listing Rules and the procedures for suspending trading of listed securities.
Trading will resume for 20 trading sessions starting April 2.
The companies must publish their financial statements before the end of April 29.
If any company fails to announce its financial statements within this period, trading in its shares will be suspended again starting April 30, 2026, until the disclosure is made.
