Saudi Industrial Exports Co. (Sadirat) will not disclose its 2025 financial results and the board’s report within the specified deadline, as the review process has not been completed to date. 
The company is awaiting receipt of the draft financial statements and the final report approved by the external auditor, according to a Tadawul statement.
It is also awaiting the audit committee meeting to discuss the results and recommend them to the board of directors for approval within the prescribed regulatory period.
The annual results will be published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website during the regular 20-trading-session period, with a maximum deadline of April 29, 2026.
The shares will be suspended from April 1, 2026.
The procedure for suspending the trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules.
Sadirat will announce any subsequent developments regarding its inability to publish financial results on a monthly basis and will ensure timely disclosure of any material developments.
