Nama Chemicals Co. will not disclose its financial results for 2025 within the specified deadline. 
The delay was due to the audit not being completed, according to a statement to Tadawul today, March 30.
It added that it is working with the external auditor to finalize the financial statements and will post them once approved.
The company expects to announce the financial results within the regulatory period of 20 trading sessions.
It noted that trading in its shares will be suspended.
Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply to Nama Chemicals shares, based on the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul as of April 1.
