Over 9 million iftar meals distributed at Prophet’s Mosque during Ramadan

MADINAH — The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque distributed a total of 9,015,322 iftar meals at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah during the holy month of Ramadan.The authority highlighted that the meals were distributed free of charge through a well-organized system of service within the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards. This ensures that iftar meals are served according to the highest standards of quality and safety, reflecting the attention devoted to pilgrims during Ramadan.These efforts are carried out in cooperation with various relevant entities and volunteers to promote the values of solidarity and humanitarian service, as well as to enable pilgrims to perform their religious duties in a safe and spiritual environment.
