Arabian Pipes signed two contracts for manufacturing and supplying steel pipes with Saudi Aramco

Arabian Pipes Co. signed two contracts for manufacturing and supplying steel pipes with Saudi Aramco, at an estimated value of SAR 241 million.

The company explained in two separate statements on Tadawul that the first contract, which was signed on March 18, extends for 11 months and for a total value of SAR 147 million. Financial impact is expected during Q4 2026 and Q1 2027.

Additionally, the company noted that the second contract, which was signed on March 16 for nine months, has a total value of SAR 94 million. Financial impact is expected during Q3 and Q4 2026.

There are no related parties to the contracts, the statements indicated.
