SCA says the projects were distributed across four sub-sectors
Four projects were awarded in the construction sector in February 2026, with a total value exceeding SAR 2.8 billion, the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) said in its monthly report.
The construction sector accounted for the largest share, at around SAR 2.52 billion, representing 50% of the total number of projects, while the water and energy sector accounted for the remaining projects.
The projects were distributed across four sub-sectors. The recreational facilities sector recorded the highest value at over SAR 1.8 billion, followed by the hospitality sector (over SAR 716 million).
