ABU DHABI — The United Arab Emirates said Thursday it has suspended operations at its Habshan gas facility after debris from intercepted missiles fell in the area.Authorities in Abu Dhabi confirmed that air defenses intercepted missiles targeting both the Habshan facility and the Bab oil field. No injuries were reported.The Abu Dhabi Media Office urged the public to rely on official sources for information and avoid spreading rumors or unverified reports.In a separate statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Iranian attacks, calling them a dangerous escalation and a violation of international law.The ministry warned that targeting energy infrastructure poses a direct threat to regional stability and global energy security, adding that the UAE reserves the right to take all necessary measures to protect its sovereignty and national security.
