RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Interior Ministry warned that individuals who transport, employ, shelter or assist violators of residency and labor regulations will face a fine of up to SR100,000 and imprisonment for up to six months.The ministry said the penalty also includes deportation if the offender is a foreign national.Authorities stressed that the penalties apply to anyone who provides any form of assistance to violators of residency, labor and border security regulations.The ministry urged the public to report violators by calling 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and the Eastern Province, or 999 in other regions of the Kingdom.
