Northern Region Cement Co.shareholders elected board members for a new four-year term starting March 16, 2026, during the ordinary general meeting held on March 4, according to a Tadawul statement. 
The newly elected board members are Obeid Al-Subaie, Ahmed Balamsh, Saud Al Arifi, Sulaiman Al-Harbi, Ahmed Al Ubaid, and Mohammed Al-Dosari.
