Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Co.’s (Fakeeh Care) shareholders approved the Employee Share Program (Long-Term Incentive Plan) for the group’s employees, during an extraordinary meeting held on March 4. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders also authorized the board to manage the plan, link its mechanism to performance, and make the necessary amendments as needed.
Meanwhile, they approved all other items included on the meeting’s agenda.
