Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of the Chairman, Ibrahim Al-Shabib, for personal reasons, according to a statement to Tadawul. Al-Shabib will maintain his board membership. 
The board also approved the appointment of Hatem Bargash as Chairman effective as of May 5.
In November, the company’s board named Al-Shabib as Chairman and Bargash as the Vice-Chairman, data compiled by Argaam showed.
